Treadmill, if you have one. If you don’t, you may find a good deal buying a used one. Otherwise, I bet there are all kind of Youtube videos of group exercises that you can watch and do at home, aerobic exercises (Zumba), balance and core work exercises (Yoga, Pilates).
Luckily, I have a treadmil and I like to do body weight workouts so I haven’t affected as much as like those people who go to gym. Here are some common exercises I do.
1. Cardio
2. Pushups/Pullups
3. Planks/Crunches
4. Crunches
5. Burpees
