I have had this lump on the top of my foot for a while and in the last few months it has grown. There are times it is so painful to walk, pain killers barely work. I have an MRI booked soon but what is most frustrating is how it is interfering with my life. The doctor was straight forward that he does not feel its a ganglion and is considering it could be something else.

I know there are no answers……just frustrated.

I am not a doctor but until you know for sure, try not to think bad thoughts to scare yourself.
Do stuff that distracts you till the day of your MRI results.
I watch DVDs till my mind goes number whenever I cannot change my thoughts.
