Hey all,
I went through my own devastating breakup last year. Instead of totally sinking, I really forced myself to focus on self-love. I would literally repeat “I deeply love and accept myself” before falling asleep at night, just to quiet my mind and calm my anxiety. I also threw myself into new projects, which helped me shift my focus.
