    Hi everyone,

This is not a question but a note of thanks.

It was anita  who had suggested I do some exercises of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy when I had posted a different thread asking for help earlier. I was actually in the midst of these now when I realised how much they have started helping me to identify and change my negative thought patterns.

Of all the things I have tried, this has been utmost useful and I plod ahead with hope in my heart.  A genuine, big, heartfelt THANK YOU to anita! Just want to let you know how helpful your advice was. 🙂

A separate thank you to Lori and all members who care and contribute and support as this enables people to reach out and help each other!

    Thanks once again

    Dear Littlered:

You are very welcome and thank you for this kind and gracious thread, much appreciated! Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is powerful when you practice its principals and exercises. I hope others will find it helpful as well. Glad to read from you anytime, Littlered.
