I just read the blogpost “40 things that make you feel more alive” and I was truly inspired by it. One of the things the writer suggested we do was to share on the forum here what we would want to do if we knew we couldn’t fail, so here it goes.
If I knew I couldn’t fail, I would quit my job and open my own business. I am currently going to school to be a registered dietitian and I work part time as a hostess in a restaurant. I have a culinary degree and love cooking, but not in commercial kitchens. Ive had every job possible, and now I ended up here. My dream is to open my own cafe where I would serve breakfast and lunch. I would have a great variety of exotic coffee blends and tons of different teas as well as many yummy and healthy dishes and pastries. I know one day I will have it. Maybe once I work as a dietitian for a few years and make enough money to survive for the first year or two when I do open my business. Its all a dream and I have hope, but if I knew I would not fail, I would quit my job today and open my business tomorrow. I can only imaging the feeling of having my own cafe. I feel like that would be one of the happiest days of my life along with my graduation day. =)

    With respect
Go out there and do it. Today.

There is this theory, can’t remember what it’s called, that quiting a job will give you fear, a fear that will drive you to do something. You seem to know what you’re something is, so go get it.
