Long ago I attended a Unitarian Universalist church. Wikipedia states on the topic: “Unitarian Universalists assert no creed, but instead are unified by their shared search for spiritual growth. As such, their congregations include many atheists, agnostics, and theists within their membership”.

You may want to attend this church and see if there is a fit with you. Part of the activities of this church is volunteering opportunities, to  help the community at large.

There are also various New Age churches, one of which was one I attended long ago, called Agape (Los Angeles, California). Within that church there was a program where members studies to become spiritual advisors to other members. It included classes, a graduation of sorts and then providing paid counseling to members. I don’t know anything about that program beyond what I just shared.
