Dear janiejones:

The two of you fought too many times: “we were both really emotional and explosive so when we fight, every fight turned into war,” and “when we got drunk, one of us would do or say some stupid things and we would also fight because of it. But both of us.”

You were often enough angry at him and behaved angrily: ” I was furious about everything he did and I showed it..” and he told you “all the time how I should stop drinking and how I am agressive when i drink (which is not true, sometimes yes..”

Reads to me like he wanted to stop the fighting. At one point you became more accommodating to him, but still, there was one more fight: “It was over because of (some) minor fight, he send me a text that it’s over”-

I am thinking, again, he had enough of the fighting. I can’t blame him, I don’t like fighting myself. I like peace. It is not a good idea to be aggressive in a relationship that should be loving.
