Does anyone know of a good resource (video/audio) on meditation for beginners? I’d like to start a daily practice and I find it hard to keep my mind still. Thanks!
I have been confused on the different kinds to practice. Here is a link to help explain the differences. Once you decide which on you want to practice, I suggest go to You Tube or just Google for the one you want. Plus there are smartphone apps for it as well.
Everything changed for me when I realized I could meditate in many different ways, to suit my schedule, moods, and needs; and that the only goal was to show up, mindfully observe my inner life, and practice detaching from my thoughts.
I go to the Divine Openings website DAILY.
The audios by Lola Jones (a lot of which are free) always bring me to a whole new level and take my vibration higher.
I even like to download them onto my phone and listen to them in my car on my way to work every day.
It’s the best way to start my day. I actually just started with Lola’s level 1 online course and there are so many amazing audios in this course–it has been the best way to start my day, everyday.
Hope you can check it out and enjoy it as much as I do.
Sending love and happy listening! Cara
