Dear JonathanSeagull:

You made plans and promises to your girlfriend without thoroughly thinking about it, because it was convenient at  the time. Can  you tell me  of the  biggest promise  you made to  her, what it was, in what circumstances  did you make  that promise  to her (was it a part of a conversation with her, or conversations over time, was  it following her placing  pressure  on you, and  so  forth)?
