I love:
1. Going for walks, and appreciating the nature around me – even if that is just the blue sky.
2. The elliptical – I use my headphones and get “lost dreaming” as I listen to my favorite music!
Though I run this site, it is not mine. It's ours. It's not about me. It's about us. Your stories and your wisdom are just as meaningful as mine.
