Hi Anita,

What I copy pasted last night looks sloppy (especially if you are not that familiar with technologh-so I’ll type out some of it for clarity.

There are 4 options as I see it.

  1. If you have primary and other folders activated(you might not), new emails may go to the other folder(see instructions above).  My gmail email to you may have went there.
  2. If I went to your junk senders email, restoring the email will not send future emails to your inbox.  You will have to add me to safe sender’s list…see above.
  3. It reads to me like my email is still blocked.  You will have to go to your block senders list(instructions above) and check my email and click on remove from that list.
  4. Once I am removed from block list, you have to go to safe senders link, click on it, click add, manually type my email address and click save.
  5. It should be fine.
