Lately in my life I have been trying to DEFINE things..

This definition for anger popped into my head a couple of days ago..

Anger is caused when I try to control someone or something outside of me.

Maitri,

When the faucet is on, you turn it off. Does that make you angry? Perhaps consider the way spaciousness of mind collapses in the presence of a view of injustice.
