I forgot Adam the Adult taking care of bill paying business (and doing the back breaking work today? I hope you are okay…) – well he managed well in the past, then ran out of fuel because your id/ inner child is where the fuel is and the id was being beaten by the superego and struggling for air. There is just so much Adam the Adult can do without the id, the child. integration and the effective working together of the Id and the to-be-reconstructed superego are required.
