Amazing! I think that we all tend to slack a little when life is good. To me it seems you are very good at embracing the flow of life and just living in the ”now”. Be proud! Thanks for welcoming me to the community, really enjoying it so far. ☮️💟
Hi Tommy, Yes I have spent several years now practicing mindfulness and doing CBT work for anxiety and depression. As to meditation, I try to practice for a minimum of 20 minutes daily but on days where life is a little too hectic I’ve learnt to turn boring chores into what I call ”mindful restores” where I simply live in the moment and focus on the task at hand.
