I’m busy, so I simply don’t have time to sit for hours on end. I’d recommend you find a comfy pillow and start sitting still for 5 minutes a day. Add a minute every few days until you’re up to 10 minutes a day. If you’re really in a time crunch, I’ve found that singing bowls work extremely well for bringing me into the present moment in a short period of time.
