I’m in college so most of the problems I have are with time management and essentially freaking out over what I have to do, how much I have to do and the amount of time I have to do it. It stresses me out like crazy.

I’m glad it’s working for you! And that you thought of it for yourself, that always feels really good 🙂

I do the same thing. Something that works for me (and I still have problems doing this all the time. It’s a process) is by setting little goals, such as completing my To Do list or making a new friend, reading a good book. Those give me something to strive toward one baby step at a time. By doing those, you can find larger goals to work toward as well, such as creating a happy home for you and your family, getting an education or whatever fits in your life. Having something little and positive to do will help you feel happier with yourself for accomplishing something you set for yourself to do. It isn’t easy but it helps keep the insecurities and such at bay.

    Hope this helps you!
