    Hey there!
    I’ve been feeling similarly lately, as a lot is changing in my life as well. It’s really hard to let things go, especially when we don’t feel like we’re ready to or that we liked the way things were, but that’s ultimately the only way we can feel peace. Whenever I feel sad about something in my life, I try to accept the feeling and don’t hope it goes away, simply exist within the feeling. In addition to that, ask yourself if the thoughts you’re having with your feelings are helping you, if not, exhale them and let them go. Then when my thoughts roll in, I observe them and let them pass; this is the only way to keep the negative ones from gaining power.

    It’s really really hard, I totally get it. Some days you’ll feel better and somedays you’ll feel worse, but eventually the ebbs and flows will get smaller and things will start to regulate. Focus on your relationship with yourself and being your own company for a while. There is so much power in self-love and self-reliance.

    Plus, from what I’ve been reading, the earth’s energy is out of wack right now because of the new moon. Energies are high and lots of people are feeling it, especially the sensitive ones.
    You’re not alone! Things will get better!
