    A big thanks to everyone who took the time to respond! Im sure this will help a lot!
    I tried some guided meditations, its easier because you have something to focus on, does it have the same effect as still meditation?

    Dear Evelyn, you never know how life will turn out. I’ve lived in different countries and experienced things that I never thought would be possible! You will learn from this experience, this journey that we call life.. You will end up where you need to be, but you have to learn the lesson why life brought you back to your native country in order to move on.

    I dont have too much experience with relationships, but if you feel there is something wrong about the way the other person is treating you, you are probably right.. Follow your heart!
    Ask yourself if you want to spend the rest of your life with someone that manipulates you, or if you want to find someone who treats you with the respect and love that you deserve!
