I think you should just leave it be for now. He clearly has a lot going on right now in his life. I would leave it as friends and whatever happens happens you know? Let him figure out how his life is going and get his two feet on the ground. The situation with his friend seems really serious but i don’t understand why that would effect his life so much. I understand that if they are super close that it is upsetting but to really be putting him in a depressive state? He should of also made more of an effort to see you before. If he has car troubles there is always a bus like a greyhound or something. I would just ride it out and see how it goes though.

I have been practicing it for quite a while now (not the easiest thing to do because you have to change your whole mindset) but its totally worth it. Now I also believe in God. I am not a buddhist by religion, i am just a practitioner. You can do the same thing! I still believe in my God and i still can live the life of buddhism. I read tons of books and none of them say you have to abandon your original beliefs! best of luck to you! 🙂

I get chronic migraines and neck pains and somebody told me that i should try acupuncture (not the biggest fan of meds). As relaxing as it was it did absolutely nothing for me. I still had the pain and everything and i went for quite a while. while some others say that they love acupuncture! i think its something that you have to try and hope for the best!
Good luck! for your sake i hope it works out for you! 🙂

I ALWAYS have something back to say. growing up i always had to defend myself and now its stuck with me and i get defensive and say things i guess in a rude manner and it only makes things worse. sometimes i try to bite my tongue but then things are said where I’m just like no..i can’t not say something back to that. i feel like i look weak if i just sit there and don’t say something back.
