ParticipantDear Anita,
You’re welcome and I’m touched and speechless by your message when it zone-in into my thread. I also admired the way you have overstated me as well as my wife K. We honestly consider you as part and parcel of our family.
Someone said “Education is never lost” In this journey of government jobs I’ve learnt a few lessons one is that you can dream a biggest plan as you wish to dreams. Regardless of your circumstances. No one can stop from dreaming so long you have the ability to lead people and talk like a leader. It doesn’t matter where you come from. It doesn’t matter whether you’re rich or poor. One of the hectic thing is tribal politics that are so dirty where a group of people gang up against someone who tried to make reforms. As Mr. Tom, was complaining about his new roles i can imagine the amount of pressure that was exerted on him.
My wife is a leader and I’ve been behind her after her graduation from the University of Nairobi till now. Her first job was NGOs world which was quite successful because it has no a political system other than your experience and how capable you’re.
As she began to regreted why she left her NGO’s job i kept reminding her your grandfather was a leader from the SPLM and a great hero youn must represent him. Don’t lower your dream. You’re from a family where people are leaders especially both from your mother side and your dad side.
Anita, you can check my wife background family online Cadre Gen. Bol Madut Bol, the father of her mother. And Spiritual Leader also from his father side Chief Sultan Dhor Ariik Mawien, from Lou Ariik Mawien who has been known by our Late President John Garang and our Current President Salva Kiir Mayardit.
You see i told her “the only person that you can dream a bigger dream and limit your dream is YOURSELF” But when you follow your passion, pursue your dream you can make it. Remember that dream come true when you’ve a determination, a discipline, a resilience, effort , destiny and mindset (DREAM). “Passion is overrated” And if your dream is uncharter , dream another one.
Somebody said Love what you do and until you can do what you love.

ParticipantDear Anita,
I appreciate for kind reply with well precisely message. I could say I’m touch and honestly you’re one of the few friend that I’d count on.
However, this was my second trip to China, I’ve enjoyed the adventures of the ASIA. It’s a developed country and in fact China should be a continent itself. These people are in another planet. They have invented a car that drive passenger from airport to downtown.Secondly my kids are extremely doing well and we thanks God,And they’re all studying in Nairobi-Kenya. Their mother is here with me working also as a senior accountant under institution called South Sudan Civil Aviation Authority (SSCAA).My DG, of SSCAA called her to come and support him with reform from SSCAA since she is from NGOs world with accountability. Unfortunately as Mr. Tom was also complaining about his new roles,,,,, I’m telling you gov’t jobs is just a marathon in it. Too much politics. And I advise her if you’re aiming for the position of Minister of Finance now then there’s no need to worry and fear politics.
She’s planning for the Ministerial position now. I’m still navigating how i could take her to the office of the President to avail her interest in ministerial position.
Let continue to rally behind her to achieve her dream. I told her during our courtship time in 2022, that I’m a loving husband and I’ll support your talent achieve your target on earth.
Aviation is the best job in the world it’s reconnect you with govt officials like when i was in China, i have had an opportunity to have met with the office private secretary of president for Liberia.
My wife is facing a lot of challenges from her co-workers who are doing extreme corruption but she said it is my oddesty to execute herself from such practices.
Literally you actually came into mind such we can support her although she’s so ambivalent/mixed feelings. I admire her benevolent/kind with those who have intentions not wanting her in the office.
I think with your support we can overcome them to make her win. My DG, is on her side although is too busy to settle down to sort out her problem.
She is working together with her billing manager, who was working in the bank and when K asked him is this how you was working in the bank before without clear report , clear accountability.? He get annoyed quickly and K wrote report to DG, to suspend this guy for a month time and appointed a lady to come and help K for the establishment of finance reform.
It is unfortunately that it’s one tribe that dominated the whole department and Airport.
Sincerely, Warm and created care too.

ParticipantDear Tom,
I’d say thanks for being so courageous and maintain in the level of your manhood. On the other hands ✋ we also give appreciation to Anita for the serious counselling she has been devoted.
As many you are born to face so many obstacles on your ways. As the saying goes, “what you find on the way is the way” never be scared by your co-workers.Don’t think of changing the work now. Your aim should be like your target is the higher position not this current position you are in at the moment. Tell your colleagues once you exit here , your next position is to be a minister period.

Participant<p style=”text-align: left;”>Dear Anita,</p>
First how are you? This is what I suppose to do from the start of writing the above message. Also i want you to proofread this little girl who really seeking this scholarship. This is the second question asked.
1.How will your healthcare use your education to contribute to improving healthcare for underserved populations in South Sudan? (Max 500 words only)“
<!–/data/user/0/com.samsung.android.app.notes/files/clipdata/clipdata_bodytext_240808_211435_892.sdocx–>Dear Admission Officer,
If given this opportunity to study medicine, I’ll truly use this knowledge and experience, that will equipped me with the skills to address critical healthcare challenges in underserved populations. I am particularly driven to use and improve healthcare in South Sudan, where disparities in access to essential services are profound.*Educational Background:**
My academic journey has been focused on understanding and addressing health inequities. Through the little experience I’ve earned from Tonj Civil hospital and health systems management, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the social determinants of health and the strategies needed to combat them. Additionally, my dream is to be medical attendant to save the life of vulnerable people settings honed my ability to deliver patient-centered care, particularly in resource-limited environments.Understanding of the Challenges in South Sudan:**
South Sudan faces significant healthcare challenges, including high maternal and child mortality rates, widespread infectious diseases, and a severe shortage of healthcare professionals. The ongoing conflict and displacement have further exacerbated these issues, leaving many communities without basic healthcare services. I recognize that addressing these challenges requires not only medical interventions but also a deep understanding of the cultural, social, and economic factors that influence health.Applying My Education:**
I plan to use my education to design and implement community-based health programs that focus on prevention and education. For instance, by leveraging my knowledge of epidemiology, I can help establish surveillance systems to monitor and control the spread of infectious diseases. My training in health systems management will be crucial in strengthening local healthcare infrastructure, improving supply chains for essential medicines, and ensuring that healthcare delivery is sustainable and efficient.Collaborative Efforts:**
Collaboration with local healthcare providers, NGOs, and government agencies will be central to my approach. By working with these stakeholders, I aim to develop culturally appropriate health education campaigns and train community health workers to extend the reach of care. I also plan to engage with local leaders and communities to ensure that healthcare initiatives are aligned with their needs and are sustainable in the long term.Impact and Vision:**
My ultimate goal is to contribute to a healthcare system in South Sudan that is resilient, equitable, and accessible to all. I envision a future where basic healthcare services are available to even the most remote communities, where maternal and child health outcomes are significantly improved, and where the burden of infectious diseases is greatly reduced. I am committed to ongoing learning and adapting my strategies to meet the evolving needs of the population, ensuring that my efforts have a lasting and positive impact.
<!–/data/user/0/com.samsung.android.app.notes/files/clipdata/clipdata_bodytext_240808_211845_018.sdocx–>Wah I think I see she’s fairing it up.

Looking forward to seeing you occasionally reply this. I believe she need both our help contribution.
My best wishes.

ParticipantDear Anita,
Thanks for your input and examples given me. You’re a such unique person to be compared with. You’re really in a different planet. I’m sorry for the late reply i was literally battling up with malaria yesterday. Perhaps I’ve recovered now and feels physically fit.
My little niece this is how she approached the question asked; for her to seek for her scholarship.
Why should you be selected? any challenges overcome and qualification. Please discuss that you any have academic community work or leadership experiences (Max. 500 words only)“
<!–/data/user/0/com.samsung.android.app.notes/files/clipdata/clipdata_bodytext_240808_205540_224.sdocx–>Dear Admission officer,
As a dedicated student with a passion for community service and leadership, I have consistently sought opportunities to grow both academically and personally. My journey has been marked by academic excellence, active involvement in community work, and a commitment as a housewife too leading with integrity and purpose.
I have excelled academically, earning a place on the school ’s List for three consecutive years and being awarded a prestigious scholarship for my hardworking in science section at Kuajok Comprehensive College . My coursework in sustainable development and participation in a capstone project of academic on renewable energy solutions have equipped me with the knowledge and skills essential for making a meaningful impact.
My commitment to community service is reflected in my work with Samaritan clinic as an affiliate offered, where I volunteered to organize clean-up drives and educational workshops in underprivileged areas. Leading a team of volunteers, I successfully raised awareness about environmental conservation, reaching over 12 community members. This experience not only honed my organizational skills but also deepened my understanding of the importance of grassroots activism.
In my role as Head perfect of the Kuajok Comprehensive College, I spearheaded initiatives aimed at promoting sustainability on campus. This included organizing a campus-wide recycling program and collaborating with local businesses to reduce waste. Navigating the challenges of coordinating a large team and managing logistics, I developed strong leadership and communication skills, which were crucial in the program’s success.
Balancing rigorous clinic hospital with part-time work to support my education and house chores has been a significant challenge. Overcoming this taught me time management, perseverance, and the value of hard work. Additionally, coping with a major personal loss during my sophomore year was a turning point that strengthened my resilience and determination to excel.
With a blend of academic excellence, community engagement, and proven leadership, I am confident in my ability to contribute positively to Nursing Program at Ayii university if award this opportunity. I am eager to bring my skills, experiences, that I’ll earned in this role, and to continue growing as a leader committed to making a difference.Amira Mabil<!–/data/user/0/com.samsung.android.app.notes/files/clipdata/clipdata_bodytext_240808_210106_567.sdocx–>

Some best were prevented by the coach not to play since President Kiir Said leave US to win and deal with SERBIA. Then your target in final.
That was the secret.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
