I agree with Anita, make gradual changes and prioritize what you want to improve in your life. Making aĺl of these changes at once will seem overwhelming. All the times I’ve tried to embark on radical new lifestyle changes – stopping smoking, taking up running at 6am at the same time I decide to stop eating junk food – I always failed everytime I tried to juggle these things. Habits take a while to make or break, be kind and patient to yourself and introduce them gradually.
