I read part of your post with my tired brain and would like to read all of it when fresh tomorrow morning. I like the So-What method you mentioned. And I like you dancing: I can imagine you dancing in nature and the image in my mind, of you dancing, is beautiful.
You wrote that you need to forgive yourself for negative thoughts. Lots of what is in the world is negative so if we think only positive thoughts then we are misunderstanding the world as is. I believe in thinking true thoughts, thoughts congruent with reality.
I like it that you wrote that you feel more comfortable with your body. As I said, I know you are beautiful dancing!
