I don’t see the disadvantage in you “approaching some owners who had build this organization 50 years ago”.

You wrote earlier that “Employees have tried and done a lot of complaints but there is no gain out of it as of now”- did they complain to the owners? (if they did, you will not be telling the owners anything they didn’t hear before!)

What is it that the employees “have tried”, and who is it that they complained to?
