Dear Anita,
I’ve just come back from my therapy and my therapist basically said the same, it is fuelled off my anxiety and OCD. he has given me some mindfulness things to do and things to calm my anxiety, I’m also going to see about maybe contacting a psychologist about it and get help for my OCD.
Though I run this site, it is not mine. It's ours. It's not about me. It's about us. Your stories and your wisdom are just as meaningful as mine.
