I didn’t read all, but I too was diagnosed with HPV, and nothing came out of it, nothing at all. I was also diagnosed with a big tumor by my ovary (about 3 years ago), I thought I was dying, but turned out to be benign fibroids that exited the uterus and landed by an ovary (the pleasure of being a female, lol),  so nothing came out of it, other than a thousand dollars+ bill.
