Dear Kave, its easier than you think, it is as natural as breathing, but not to the ego, what people call ego, really does not exist, it’s a figment of our imagination, the superego on the other hand is our true self, the energy that we are and exists before we were born physically into the realm perceived by the senses, which were given to us to interface with that realm temporarily, the super ego is freedom, our true self is freedom. ?freedom from what? from not knowing who/what we really are, once you “become” (how can you become what you allready are?), freedom then you become a human agency against bondage in others.
Though I run this site, it is not mine. It's ours. It's not about me. It's about us. Your stories and your wisdom are just as meaningful as mine.
