    HI I hope I did this right its for Kristyd
    I just wanted to thank you very much for your kind and fast response. It’s nice to know there are other people out there who have similar issues and can exchange there feelings and thoughts. I do see a therapist every 3 weeks.. sometimes every 2 or once a month! I am doing better today- don’t know why but there is good and bad days if im not obsessively thinking. I am also seeing my Doctor Tuesday to talk about the medication to see what he thinks or if im just going through a rough patch. Your kind words and story meant a lot. My mum also is someone I turn to because she is very understanding and has had anxiety in the past. I hope you are doing well and thank you again!

    Dear Danielle:

    I am afraid I confused you by suggesting you start a thread of your own. The reply you posted above, meant for Kristyd- it is okay to post it on Kristyd’s thread “Becoming Fear-Less”- her thread.

    What I meant is if you want other people to comment on your post, people other than her, start your own thread (with a new title).
