Hi. me and my boyfriend were having a long distance relationship. He’s 2-3 hours away from our hometown. We only meet 3-4 times in a year during his semester break. We had been together for 2 years

He is the type who thinks break up is the solution of fights so we did break up a lot.. during our last time together, he wanted to break up because he said it’s hard to please me and due to our personality differences. After 2 weeks, we talked again and started planning to get back together but it didn’t last long. He then said that he had some personal problems and financial and again he said he lost his feelings for me. During that time, he couldnt come back to home to celebrate hari raya due to his visa problems. He told me he felt so alone and dead there. But there’s nothing I could do for him. I was kinda shocked because i tried to do anything to save the relationship and i thought everything was fine as we didnt had a fight at all… so he ignored me again for 1 week then i found out that he likes someone else. It was heart-breaking. He also seemed like he’s not in his right mind too due to his personal problems but he didnt really want to open up to me.

I don’t know, I’m just feeling really disappointing, angry and betrayed. He knew how hard it is for me to get over the relationship and he seemed like he’s who is hurt rather than me. In my mind right now, I feel like when he is in his right mind, he then will realize that he wants me… I don’t know what to do

    Fe,

He doesn’t seem to treat you very kindly, why are you with him? It seems a heart like yours would resonate better with someone who is more tender. Are you afraid of being alone? Is there some quality to the man that you aren’t expressing? He seems wishy washy, argumentative, and a little petty… from your description at least. Don’t you deserve better?

    With warmth,
    Matt
