My purpose is to have FUN and help others to do the same! And what about YOU 😉
September 4, 2013 at 1:04 pm #41752JacquesParticipantI agree with you Alexey, maybe one day I can do the same. At the moment my mind is spent I need to break away from my current bonds.
September 10, 2013 at 6:53 pm #42020NIcoleParticipantDear PryingMiMi,
To realize that you do not fit in the generally accepted belief system, is a sure sign that you are a person of character.
You have not denied your own observation of life, for external influences.
In my mind, that is a promising intelligence for a bright future that is yet to reveal itself.
I call this being alive, and having creative genius: that is, an imagination, a longing for something greater than what one sees in everyday life.
Of course, to choose the mystery of self is always challenging. It is about your soul journey, and what you are here to become as experienced wisdom.
It takes courage to be an individual.
At first, all will seem very chaotic, for so much life has to be experienced, and turned into understanding, before one finds clarity.
You are still very young, and subject to great emotional pressure. That is natural. You are in the process of defining what you are.
You are feeling within yourself, something you cannot identify yet.
Listen to it. Call it forth. It is your own spirit. You want to know it.
It will lead you to freedom.
Never give up on your own authenticity.
You may call it your purpose—I choose to call it the Greater Dream of Self: who I am, beyond what is expected of me from my genetics and social upbringing.
My love advice to you is: Remain sincere in your desire to understand. Call forth, within your heart of hearts, experiences that will lead you into your greatest potential.
Be brave, MiMi. Believe in yourself.
You will find your way; that is a certainty.
All the best,
Nicole
September 11, 2013 at 12:39 pm #42072TamaraParticipantDarling, you don’t have to worry about a thing. When I read your post it’s like I was reading my own, a few years back (I’m now 20).
The only thing you can do now is just lay back and enjoy every day as it comes without thinking what your purpose is. The more you think the less you’ll know. The only way you can find your purpose is by feeling more and thinking less. Let yourself go, follow your instincts and always do things you enjoy in the way you enjoy 🙂 Even if you stand alone. As Nicole said Being an individual takes courage. But it’s worth it! If you blend in with everyone else and do and think in the way society thinks is acceptable you will only lose yourself and come to a point of desperation. Be who you are and be brave. That way you will find magic in your daily life.
You were blessed to be an individual, you just have to become aware of your powers and use them. Trust me lots of fun is awaiting you <3Being an individual takes courage but you will never be an individual for too long. Once you come in touch with your inner self you will start attracting the right people into your life 😉
September 11, 2013 at 12:47 pm #42073TamaraParticipantDearest Nicole,
I love you for saying this and for saying exactly the way you said it!
Sometimes I am tricked into believing that there’s something wrong with me because I just do not fit in!
But I forget that everyone fits in perfectly well just the way they are. The world was designed to be colorful and our differences produce magic.
Thanks for reminding me.“I call this being alive, and having creative genius: that is, an imagination, a longing for something greater than what one sees in everyday life. ” – thank you for this! Perfect sentence in a perfect moment!
I adore you Nicole!
Thanks a millionSeptember 11, 2013 at 2:32 pm #42075JacquesParticipantThank you Price, Tamara, Nicole, PryingMiMi and Megan Your messages are close to my Heart and have helped me realize more about myself. Like all of you I have struggled to “fit in” and have always felt different and somewhat alone. Like you PryingMiMi i have not really been “girl crazy” as I have yet to find a girl that I can connect with.Reading your comments helps me realize that I am not alone and there are others who think like me. We are all trying to pursue our goal and find our purpose and with this we are overlooking what is happening now and not living for the moment. I am always trying to prepare myself for the future so I forget the now. We can’t change what happened in the past or worry over the future but we can change how we think and act today, embrace it and surround our selfs with things that make us feel good whether it be physical or psychological. I have also started to realize that the quest for your purpose is not looking for it but knowing that you are on the right path which will eventually lead you to your truth and we all can be lucky that we think the way we do as most people will live their life in an ignorant bubble and not find their true purpose and with that because of the way we think believe it or not we are already on the right path.
