Nice! You can share it online and provide us the link when you are done 🙂January 2, 2014 at 11:17 pm #48219
It sounds like you might have been stressing your body too much with physical activity… Exercise is only good in moderation. I would suggest you send me your email, and I will send you a food/lifestyle log to fill out so I can find out more details about your habits 🙂 My email is firstname.lastname@example.org.

Here you go, Fia: http://tinybuddha.com/topic/overcome-your-demons-in-4-easy-steps-o/
Buddhism is very straightforward, it says that if you want to be happy then practice happiness. If you want to be healthy, then practice health. So, follow those recommendations in the post I linked to if you can, and if you can not then find a person who can help you do exactly that 🙂November 30, 2013 at 1:23 pm #45995
True, true, as long as you are free from the preconceived notions of what those actions constitute 🙂 But not everyone does sing and dance, don’t they, even if they are willing to experiment! That takes courage 😉October 20, 2013 at 8:03 pm #44059
Sounds awesome, Forrest! Thank you for sharing 🙂October 10, 2013 at 11:29 am #43575

I am just a professional who teaches people how to think well and to look as well as feel amazing, it’s up to you what you do and what kind of water you drink. It’s not my job to argue with people 🙂October 8, 2013 at 5:09 pm #43438
I would generally recommend to stay away from protein powder, there is no need for it, and it may have an impact on your kidneys. Hydrolyzed whey protein is the safest choice, and definitely stay away from soy protein. It really sounds like you could benefit from working with a personal trainer or health coach. If you are not getting enough sleep, there could be multiple reasons for that, so do look into the option to work with a professional 🙂

Of course 🙂 And daily meditation is also very important. And you are right, you don’t have to stress out about nutrition! It takes time. However, when you say that it’s “overated,” it tells me that you still have a long way to go ❗ There is a huge difference between a person who follows my advice and those who do not. If you do not believe me, all you need to do is conduct an experiment on your own and follow my advice for a month while also keeping a journal on your every day life, and then you can just stop for a month and go back to “normal”… But to be honest, none ever wants go back to “normal” after an experiment like that 😉
There is a saying: if you feel you have no time to either relax, exercise or meditate, it’s time to do exactly that 😛October 6, 2013 at 5:55 pm #43321

I am glad to hear that your new meditation practice is helping you! Meditation is a very important habit to practice on daily basis. And there are many types of meditation that we might need to practice depending on our needs, so if you ever get a chance to consult a professional coach to help you, definitely take the opportunity 🙂 Also, please, check out the following thread on health and fitness habits that should also be very helpful to your understanding why some people behave the way they do and how you can help yourself: OVERCOME YOUR DEMONS.
All the best!
