    Hello Friends,

    This is my First Blog on this Site. Hope All are Doing Well.

    My Topic is Related to Low Self Esteem . How to get rid of feeling for self esteem when you look up people who are much experienced and talented then you.  I Felt at that time ypur self confidence start vanishing, ‘you are nothing’, ‘Everybody Ignores you’,’you are not worthy’,negativity’ such feelings are coming in your Mind and you sometimes feels lonely and depressed.

     

    Pls share your Views and help me to get rid of this.

    Dear Preity:

    When you “look up people who are much experienced and talented then you”, you feel less than them, correct?

    When you look at people who are less experienced than you and less talented than you, do you feel superior to them?
