I often wonder whether god was also under the influence of deadlines while he was creating this world. I am sure he was. We all can see the mistakes he has made.

The worst of it was designing an over smart species called Humans. As soon as our asses landed on this earth we made a fascinating invention called ‘TIME’. Then there were stone ages, BCs, ADs etc. etc. Everything was still under control until Mr. Benjamin Franklin, one fine day, came up with a million dollar concept of ‘Time is money’. And everyone knows what happens when we say the word ‘money’ in front of any Human, our extra large tongue starts hanging out of our mouth in greed……Nice story Check it out at http://upsohigh.com/the-burden-of-time/

Hi Nisha! Nice suggestion. We really worry too much about clock than living in the present. At the age of 45 when I turn back and see my life, I realize that I have been in rush all my life instead of living it at fullest. Every time a new target to chase, a new achievement to make. Wish I could go back and actually live it …. thanks for the share 🙂

    Nice read. It is true,
If you’re not living in the present, you’re living in illusion. That seems to a be a pretty good reason to live in the present, doesn’t it? But how often are we worrying about things that have yet to come, how often do we beat ourselves up for mistakes that we’ve made, no matter how much time has passed? The answer is too much. Not only will living in the present have a dramatic effect on your emotional well-being, but it can also impact your physical health. It’s long been known that the amount of mental stress you carry can have a detrimental impact on your health. If you’re living in the present, you’re living in acceptance. You’re accepting life as it is now, not as how you wish it would have been. When you’re living in acceptance, you realize everything is complete as it is. You can forgive yourself for the mistakes you’ve made, and you can have peace in your heart knowing that everything that should happen will.
