There is one habit that can bring peace and happiness in our life.Let’s disconnect ourselves from the hustle of life as often as possible. Take a walk of nature. Look around for the gifts that nature has readily offered us all the time. Admire its beauty and in these moments of disconnect, forget what happened in the past and stop planning for the future. Be in the present watching sunset or sensing the cold wind or feeling the laughter of loved ones. In these moments don’t judge, don’t grieve don’t get excited just feel the calmness of nature bringing tranquility in our heart mind and soul.I have recently read an article on this and it be helpful for everyone.June 20, 2013 at 8:14 am #37226

Hi Michele, your statements itself suggest that you are done with the relationship but you still want him to be happy when you are gone. This is really nice of you . Well I think his feelings should not be your concern now. Mistakes can be overlooked few times but 3 years was long time for him to learn from his mistakes. Confusions in relationship makes life complicated and it eventually robs you of your happiness.
You said you don’t have feelings for him any more. This itself indicates that you should end this relationship and look forward for a better life where you don’t have to watch your every action in fear of your boyfriend reactions.
I have read a love story probably this might help in reminding you what love actually is.
I personally believe that every time love comes in our life, it comes with an expiry date. When you feel that the expiry date of your present love life has reached you should better get going else you will spoil the memories too..Well that’s my perception.June 10, 2013 at 11:38 pm #36737

All frustration and boredom is a signal that you are not on the right track. Find out your passion and make it your profession.Life will change after that.I have read a article, check it out..It helped me a lot and it might be useful for you as well.
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did.
So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails.
Explore. Dream. Discover.”
