Are you aware of it?” Say it in a matter of fact kind of way, neural, maybe with an empathetic or friendly smile.

And please post if you do: how did it go, or if you chose another way to approach the topic, please post about it because I have similar problems with others, not friends though so I let it be. (And who knows? Maybe someone else has this problem with me or will have- I for one would very much want feedback on this issue- or any other- how can i improve without honest feedback?)
