    Hello Folks!

    Just a fun post to ask if any of you wear or have worn intentional jewelry (amulets, talismans, charms, religious jewelry, mala beads, etc. etc.)? If so–and you don’t mind sharing–what do you wear and what is the significance?

    In the past I have worn a cross necklace, an amethyst necklace, a bracelet that said PAUSE (reminding me to respond, not react), beads blessed by a Buddhist monk, and my grandmother and mother’s wedding rings to remind me I come from strong women!

    I love how you describe the meaning behind each piece — especially the rings from your mother and grandmother. It’s beautiful how objects can hold memories and intention.

    I’m not wearing intentional jewelry right now, but I really enjoy hearing the stories behind what others choose and what those items mean to them.
