    Hi Readers

    I have a few confusions as always. Need help! Please enlighten me

    1. I was just reading a book ‘The Untethered Soul’. It says that keep your heart open to feel abundance in everything. You will love everything around you. Don’t limit your energy based on what you like and dislike. Ok fine. My confusion is, can we really force or push ourselves to love something or somebody? Can we push ourself to love somebody? If yes, then why do relations fail or marriages end?  Then why do people insist us to listen to our gut if everything is acceptable and lovable?

    2. We cannot change our past or rectify past mistakes. But what if those mistakes are hindering our present and future?

    3. Do not hurt your parents and family as they have sacrificed for you a lot. But what if you are stuck in a situation where you are required to choose yourself than anything else?

    Need your help guys!!!

    Dear Mini Ahuja

    1) “Love everyone”, “abundance is available for anyone” are good examples of new age -type crap that people want to believe to escape from reality. How about all those people, who either hurt others deliberately or starve etc.

    2) You cannot change the past, because it is gone. You can change the way you see it and how much you let it limit you, though. You can use it as a tool to learn and grow.

     

    3) You don”t owe anyone anything. Period.
