    Dear Peter:

    Aiming at making small progress is a good aim for an anxious person. Moving a bit is the best way out of thinking-paralysis. Start with small steps, one at a time. Like a baby learning to walk… again. Fear takes us back to that baby stage where we where unable to move much. So start anew. See yourself as that baby we ALL go back to being from time to time. Start anew.
