The visuals and the music are beautiful. These are best used via headphones. But since you want to do it along with your partner, you can either keep a tablet pc or a laptop in front of both of you with some good speakers and do it together. You don’t need to teach him anything as Rick’s soothing guided voice will do the rest.
At a later stage both of you can do it with one end of the wired headphone in your ear and the other end into his 🙂
