I read some of the story about this relationship and breakup in your previous thread. I understand that you don’t want to tell any more of the story because it is very painful for you. You asked for help to move on:
To move on without trying to understand what happened and learn from the experience (which is the reason why I asked you questions in your previous thread), I suggest that you distract yourself with pleasant activities, such as taking walks outdoors and exercising, and then resting, listening to your favorite music, reading an interesting book, perhaps, as well as practicing Mindfulness. If you go to the top of this page and point to BLOG, scroll down to “MINDFULNESS & PEACE”- you will find blogs on the topic of Mindfulness and .. Peace (which is the topic of your thread).
You don’t have to share more of the story if you don’t want to, but maybe it will help you to share more about how you feel and what you think, and what is happening otherwise in your life.
