    Dear A.J.

I can totally relate to being and feeling alone and what it means on an emotional and physical level – I´ve been there many times in my life. While doing the inner work of healing and working through my issues and blocks, I´ve always found it very helpful to look for communities in real life that have a non-judgemental quality to them where I can get and share nurturing human relations and also simple, nurturing touch. Going to cuddle parties and joining a Biodanza group where I can be just as I am, has helped me through the rock bottom moments in my life. I don´t know you and I don´t know where you live, but maybe these are ideas worth checking out. Often times we can´t heal our aloneness by ourselves, we need a nurturing community in the physical realm and from there it´s often so much easier to meet a loving partner.

    Wishing you all the best,

    Daniela
