I'd love to be able to share something I'm passionately working on with the tiny buddha community! I am a therapist and founder of TheraBox, a monthly subscription box company delivering “happiness” ingredients in a convenient box. I've been a lifelong searcher of happiness (borderline obsessed with it) and have come to realize that my biggest barriers to achieving happiness was consistency. Happiness is a practice and I know first hand how difficult it can be to sustain happiness without consistent positive practices in place!
That's why I sought out to create a product to send monthly reminders incorporating month-long happiness projects and practices our members can do to live a more inspired life. Think of TheraBox as a personal happiness trainer in a box! What makes TheraBox unique is that each box is curated by practicing therapists and inspired by research in positive psychology, mindfulness and neuroscience. Each box contains 1 joy-boosting activity inspired by research (techniques/activities/inspirational crafts/art therapy/etc) and 4-6 stress reducing products (aromatherapy, apothecary, wellness & relaxing self care items).
