I have three days a week, Monday to Wednesday, where I don’t have anything to do. Can anyone help me find something to do?

Perhaps you could volunteer at a library, an animal shelter or a charity shop? Libraries always have some kind of free extra-curricular activity or free classes going on.
What are your skills? What do you like to do? Could you use any of those in some way when volunteering? Is there any kind of club or meet-up with people who love to do the kind of things you like doing?
Just some suggestions.

Thank you for your reply.
I work at charity riding centre as a yard assistant and instructor, so my skills revolve around equine instruction and stable management. Outside of that I don’t have any other interests.
My work days are very long, both physically and mentally demanding and also a 20 kilometre cycle ride there and back, so am not looking to find anything at all strenuous on my days off.
I find my local library is just too busy and noisy to relax in and the animal shelter is over an hour cycle and train journey away and only has maintenance and gardening work available which I think will be too strenuous. Shop work just isn’t for me.

After the hectic and strenuous workdays that you explained you might want to take time to relax. But for some, relaxation is also boring and they want to be engaged into something and utilize any available time.
How about using this time to share information to the people out there in the world who are looking for something exactly that you have a good knowledge/interest about?
Since you said about your skills on equine/horses/stable, I looked-up over these Q&A websites and found the below links.
You can subscribe to them (for free) and start posting your answers for the benefit of others and also in some cases ask your own questions about the same (or if bored b’cos its same as work then any other) topic. Also in some cases where you are not fully aware of something you can do the research over the web and then go back and answer that question.Yahoo Answers
