    Hello all!
    I am currently writing an E-mail to my whole school to talk about mental health. I plan to talk about Anxiety, Depression, ADD, ADHD, Autism, Aspergers and maybe a few other things. Are there any other things I should write about? Eating disorders, Schizophrenia, etc. Anything I missed? Any tips you have for me?

    What is the purpose, the goal behind the email? Is it your initiative… a homework assignment?

    Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Tourette Syndrome (TS). (I suffered from both since 5 or 6 years old, if not before, and had no information on either one. It would have been very helpful, I think, if there was anything available when I was in school, elementary through high school, and beyond). I wonder if you should add to your email that FEAR is in the core of most if not all of these, fueling these clusters of symptoms. Fear is the most difficult emotion to live with, learning how to live better with fear (as we all have to live with fear, as fear cannot be eliminated) is key.
