Take a sheet of paper and draw four circles, one outside the previous one, and all ascending in size. Now, label each ring accordingly: What others think of me; physical traits (skin tone, body type, hair, clothes you wear, etc); mental traits (quick to anger, happy-go-lucky, etc); and lastly, soul/other/???

Now, fill in your traits according to each category. What do you discover when you ask yourself, “Who am I?”

I discover that since I let go of the ego and the ”I” things have become much more loving, peaceful and blissful around here…

What do you discover when you ask yourself, “Who am I?

Your either the sum of your own past experiences or either someone else’s beliefs and ideas of who you think you ought to be. Both are wrong in my eyes,
The question should be, What am I? not who am I
