this is quite interesting since i like yoga, dance (i don’t like the way some people think dancers are just showing off their bodies because dancing burns more calories and is more strenuous than regular sports and it works all the muscles, to me it is a fun way to exercise and keep the body limber), skating (an ice-skater can cover more ground than a runner, but the runner is more strenuous) and gymnastics. check these articles out:
