Thanks for sharing this poem, it is pretty amazing. I have often gone through feelings of intense loneliness at night, to the point where it even wakes me up at strange hours. I have found just focusing on my breathing and even listening to guided meditations helps a lot. Sometimes I will pray or even repeat affirmations to help shut off that fearful thinking and just the sad feelings. I know it is just the night time blues. I still struggle with it!
