Dear Neha:
Did you try the following every day, for a month or longer: (1) daily aerobic exercise: 30 minutes- 1 hour of fast walking or swimming, (2) guided meditations on the theme of Mindfulness,(3) other Mindfulness exercises, (4) having a Daily Routine that includes 1-3, plus other activities such as studying (if you are a student), working (if you have a job), and other useful activities, so that your day is full and meaningful to you?
