I found in college and law school that I did better and was happier when I had something I loved outside of class where I could clear my head. For me, it was Ultimate Frisbee. We played on Sunday afternoons, and I made myself study up until it was time to get ready. I ran around for an hour and a half, and I could focus better when I returned to study that night.
Maybe try taking a break to practice your singing, or work out, or whatever makes you happy.
    Stay positive! Best of luck!

It’s a hard decision. I think the real question is what do you need to be happy? Are there deal-breakers that you are facing? Like the drinking? Particularly when he’s unemployed. The lack of chemistry plus some resentment might also present a problem.
I don’t know what’s best for you, just some things to think about.

Hello! I agree with a lot of the other comments. I’m 34. I recently moved to a small town, where I’m having to relearn some of my old, solo hobbies. And I find that I’m really enjoying it! I know at some point it’s going to change, and I may find that I’m bored. And then, I’ll put in more effort to have friends over or make plans.
So I say enjoy the time connecting with yourself, especially if you’re busy the other nights. When you’re ready to start being more social or dating, you’ll make it happen. And maybe you can take a class, or join a sports team or something where you find other single folks.
