Hi Cathy, Don’t worry too much :). Everybody goes through these feelings every now and then but you know something it never last forever. All you need to do is be happy and be available to your existing or potentially new friends. Meanwhile you need to raise your energy levels, don’t dwell too much of negative feelings. Do something which you like or pick a new hobby like learning new language or painting. This will make you change your perspective about life in general and bring you up emotionally. I was going through similar kind of nightmare around 2 years back and then i got an idea, i have created one video to keep me focused.
