Hello Buddhist Wife,
First of all I think it is a lovely discussion you have started. Learning from each others habits can help us learn and become better people. If you are having a tough time finding the right solution for you regarding your to-do list you are always welcome to send me a message. I have been working with it out of interest for a long time.
I want to share my 3 healthiest habits in my life:
1. Choosing happiness
2. Having the attitude of a winner
3. Being honest to myselfFundamentally, I believe that happiness is a choice that everyone are capable of making. Circumstances are different to people but at the end of the day everyone have the chance of choosing happiness. When we choose happiness we say yes to life, which is the healthiest and most important thing we can do. I have written loads of articles about it you can find on my website.
Having the attitude of a winner is important as well. I enter every activity giving no mental recognition to the possibility of defeat. Having a habit of doing this will help you to achieve more in life in the long term.
I am proud to say that I am being honest to myself. When I studied at university most students were blinded by all the fancy career options they had. I chose to stick to my inner compass doing what made me happy.
You can read much more on the website but I think those are the 3 most important habits in my life.
Have the best possible day my friend,
Best,
Anders Hasselstrøm
Motivational speakerAnders HasselstrømParticipantHello Patty, Lea, and Angelic,
It seems like some of you are going through a rough period at times. Feeling lonely or having a depression is harmful and creates a negative spiral of negative thoughts. Maybe you can find some inspiration in the articles on my blog. I would suggest you start by reading my take on happiness, which I think will be valuable to all of you 🙂 It can be found here: http://andershasselstrom.com/happiness/ . I’m a motivational speaker and I have helped several people recover from depressions and other mental challenges.
Best,
Anders HasselstrømAnders HasselstrømParticipantDear Andrew,
Negative thinking can be one of the most destructive things you can do. It requires great effort to change this negative thought pattern. However, when we learn how to change these negative thought patterns to positive ones you will experience relief and a feeling of being more resourceful.
Positive thinking is about choice. You can always determine whether you want to be happy or not. As I see it your first step is to make that conscious decision and every time you catch yourself in thinking negative you stop it immediately. Try and read my post on this: http://andershasselstrom.com/today-i-choose-happiness/
Hope it helps Andrew,
Best,

Relevant question and a challenge most bloggers face in their start-up. We all want people to feel inspired by what we write.
I have considered making a partnership page on my blog where I link (do-follow) to blogs that I like and think can contribute to the inspiration of my own visitors. If you find it interesting to be a part of this initiative visit my website and we can create value together 🙂
